We celebrated Nikola Tesla’s 162^nd birthday on July 10. Like the previous event, it was held at the hall of the Serbian Canadian Cultural Society of Edmonton (SCCSE).

We had an interesting program including an informative presentation by Ms. Lydia Emanuel on Tesla’s Tips on the Fountain of Youth. It was followed by a demonstration of the Tesla Coil – yes, it works and it’s exciting. Thanks to Mr. Mirko Dumanovic for providing us with our own Tesla Coil.

We formally proclaimed July 10^th as Nikola Tesla Day and closed off with a special homemade birthday cake and refreshments. It was a historical moment for all of us.
